lack of leadership

this team has no true leaders that can make the difference of being a very talented team into a superbowl team.Tomlin is a very good speaker in front of cameras but deflects blame ,makes very confusing decisions.Big ben to many times throws coaches and teammates under the bus.i have said for many years now that this defense is on the lower end of average.until this team has someone step up and takes control and puts there head on the chopping block for the things when they go bad we as fans we see the most talented team in the NFL continue to fall short of the goal we all so much want them to reach.The blown call on the JJ touchdown against the patriots was the end of the season for the steelers. They never recovered and thats when you need a leader to step up instead of having coaches and star players saying stuff in the media about a game as we all know now isnt going to happen.i hate to admit it but thats the difference between the patriots and steelers its not talent cause the steelers are by far the better talented team its the leaders they have that the steelers dont.I hate them as much as anyone but i do respect how they control there locker room and they have the leaders that makes the difference.
