Keys to victory against the Titans

Here are my thoughts on what I'd like to see the Steelers do, ultimately, to win the game

Offense:
1. Establish a running game early and often - I'd like to see Bell go over 100 yards
2. Continue development of Bryant and Wheaton
3. Get Heath involved
4. Get a lead, early

Defense:
1. Force a punt/turnover on the first series
2. Pressure from JW, AM, JH
3. Smart play from the DB's - no stupid penalties or blown coverages
4. Run stuffing, anchored by the McCullers

Special Teams
1. Make no plays worth discussion at the end of the game (bad snaps, bad punts, allowing big returns, turnovers)

They must score more points.

 

The more I watch football the more I realize that wins and losses, more often than not, come down to this: whoever wins the turnover battle usually wins the game. Protect the ball, force turnovers, get the win!

 

play the way they are capable and we win easily. bottom line.
