Kelce in covid protocol

Game will get moved back until Tuesday or something so they can get all their players back. Even though the NFL said they wouldn’t do that they already have this week seeing as I’m about to watch two games on a Tuesday night.

 

The irony is KC would resort to running the ball and we lose because we can't stop the run, LOL!



Even if NFL told KC to play they could just throw 10+ guys on the list and force their hand. This stuff is all rigged. That is why I think the law of the land should be you need to field a team no matter if it is the guy at the hot dog stand.

I’m planning on going. I haven’t bought my tickets yet. I’ll wait till the morning of to get a better deal and now make sure the game is played Sunday.

I definitely won't be surprised if the NFL pushes the game back even if it is inconsistent with how they said they would be addressing this COVID issue prior to the start of the season.

If the NFL moves the game to Tuesday night, the Steelers should do one of two things

1. Tuesday morning they should submit a report to the NFL showing 43 guys on the COVID list

or

2. Not show up and just take a forfeit but don't tell the NFL. Use it as a bye week to get ready for the last two.

 

Great. We will probably lose anyway and the kicker will be they give us covid going into the last couple games.

They did a decent job on Waller when they played the Raiders. Unfortunately, they focused so much on him, that they let Renfroe and Ruggs beat them.

 

The NFL said no such thing. Their statement was in regards to unvaccinated players, not vaccinated players. The NFL was saying that if there's an outbreak among unvaccinated players which causes the team to have insufficient players, then the game would be canceled.

There's a big difference between a team losing 1 or 2 guys and losing 10+.

 

Thank god they have 53 players on a team, or are they allowed more now?

The Chiefs had no new positive tests Wednesday.

According to the NFL fantasy football app Butker the Chiefs kicker is on the covid list now too.

 

Butker went on the list earlier this week. The news today is confirmation that Butker is not vaccinated, so he is definitely out for Sunday's game.

 

I don't know if I should be happy or sad. I have Hill and Butker on my fantasy team going into second round of the playoffs however having Hill, Kelce and Butker out is better for the Steelers.
