    In 1989 the top 5 first round pick’s Troy Aikmen, crap player, Barry Danders, Derrick Thomas and Dion Sanders. 4 of the top 5 are in the HOF. Yes you could miss but the chances are smaller at the top. Yes I am cherry picking but show me a draft where 20-24 had 4 HOF’s. If you can’t find one that means it’s better at the top.
