Next year 2019 his 4 year 23M rookie contract is completed, the jags have two choices to make, give him a new contract or enact the 5th year option, he most likely will be difficult to accept the 5 year option instead he most likely will fight hard in contract negotiations to become the highest paid corner in the league but the jags still have that 5 year option in their pocket whether he likes it or not......

I mean even a Ray Charles can see He can play! Solid player and worth 2 1st's and then some. You've all seen him make some amazing plays/picks and that should speak for itself. If he's available they should at least look into it.

Dude get real, the Steelers are old school they wouldn't give up two first round picks for a CB, or any other player.

Then how is the rams defense so bad when they have by the far the best defensive player in the league?

Norman had 1 great yr but I agree he has proven to be far overrated. Sherman had 5 very elite all pro years. He just got old and injured but he didnt just fall off. Peters is playing in the wrong system right now because they are playing without Talib. Hes forced to play press man on the number 1 wr. Hes not a press corner. Hes what you call a read or clue in corner. Hes good at playing off in a zone and guessing and making breaks and plays on the ball. He's not a 1 on 1 man to man trial technique step for step type of corner. Talib is.

The Steelers are picking at the end of the rounds. If the price was 2 1sts for some other (bad) team, it might be something insane like 3 1sts and 3 2nds for the Steelers.

Ramsey is a great player... he doesn’t have a great attitude. He’s not the type of guy that facilitates a winning culture. I’d pass on trading for him (especially for the cost).

What Rod Woodson in his prime isn't available for trade?

I love these video gamer posts.

Where did I say they would? Pretty sure I didn't, suggestion isn't the same. I was also agreeing that the player is indeed a great play maker and most organizations will pay a kings ransom for his services. ;)

When we play the Jags its like there is 3 of him on the field. Would give up high picks...and most players on the roster to get him.

Off limits ----Ben, Conner, AB, JuJu, Big Al, Decastro, Pouncey, on O....Heyward, Tuitt, Watt, Haden on D. Everyone else is open for discussion.

He'd want huge money and the way the team plays their cap, they are tight every year. He'd hamstring the team financially. Would I like him on the team, heck yea, but I'd rather double dip in the draft at CB. Gotta give some coin to Haden who they'll definitely try to re-sign.

edit, thought Haden was in his last year, he has one year to go

Our Secondary is HORRENDOUS! We need a proven "play maker" , not a first round bust like burns...

I would definitely take him and his personality baggage. A corner that believes he can cover anyone and the resume to back it up are worth the cost. Ramsey, Haden, Hilton would be a very good set of corners. Plus with Davis finally at a position he can stay set in.

No, they couldn't have had Peterson. We've been over this. You were wrong about that then and you are still wrong about it now.
