WERE? Are paying...Ben costs us $10.3 million this year, more than any other QB on the roster. and he isn't even on the roster.

come to think of it, I'd pay Ben $10.3 million to not be on the roster this year too, so maybe it's money well spent.

For what it's worth, Spotrac estimates Hargrave's market value to be about a 3-yr $36 million contract, based on what brockers, cox, harris and jarrett got lately.

Hargrave would've been better off at one of the two 3-4 defensive end spots, flanking the nose tackle. Philadelphia is using him right and he has been on a tear for them.

He did play a good bit at end as well as nose tackle. His best moments came filling in for Heyward and Tuitt rather than when he was on the nose.

Hargrave should have been kept, we probably dont make the trade for Minkah if we do. Hilton was good but was thought to be replaceable even though he had a very unique skill set in OUR defense. Ben deserved what he got simply because he never had a losing season. Everyone who doesnt want to blame the coaches now for our ineptitude....coaches coach, players play....well Ben played and won!!! Now we are seeing what a franchise QB is worth! Same coaches, way different results. Ben was the difference, like it or not, facts are facts!!!

Sorry #21 he was overpaid for his accomplishments. The Steelers paid him North of 220 million for his career for 2 superbowls many many years ago. Probably 50 million too much, Can get alot
of Hargraves and Hiltons for that 50

They could have found the money to keep Hargraves. He wasn't a natural nose though. The days of the nose tackle on all 3 downs is over with the way this defense is structured.
