    - Heyward wants more
    - boswell wants more
    - Pickens traded
    - tj didn't take a team friendly deal.
    - still no true #2 WR
    - austin could be in legal issues to not able to play

I'm surprised we haven't seen Rodgers snap. We seen it on the Jets and packers. Yet here he has plenty of reasons to do so, and he's holding back.

By the way I think heyward is lying about saying he would come back to the table if he made all pro. Because why wouldn't the contract include that in as an incentive?

Also we should get a refund for most of his career not showing up the last month of the of the season.

Austin’s dog bit another dog and now he has legal issues that might prevent him from playing? Wtf?

    I must refrain

The story lacks details, maybe Austin bit the dog.

I don’t think it has anything to do with a lack of details. It’s pretty freaking easy to see this is a civil matter and doesn’t pose any threat to Austin playing. Of course some just have to make up some bs.

    ?!

Very doubtful. Rodgers has dealt with issues such as players holding out for more money and/or players wanting more money. This isn't his first experience dealing with this.

Now, should those regular season losses begin to pile up?! That will be a different discussion all together.

I took in a stray cat

I picked it up and it bit me so I bit it on the head

It decided to retaliate by biting me again so I bit him again on the head hard

His head started to go down for a bite and mind did as well

His head went back up and he never bit me again

I don’t like cats particularly but he turned out to be a lot of fun

Have they come out saying exactly what it was or is it still just what people feel from what the bottom of the report says?

I despise Rodgers but do believe he will give us all the gas he has left in tank. He plays most of the 17 games Steelers should be decent. They say Tomlin is a players coach so I would think Rodgers will be happier then when he was a Jet.

My theory. Rodgers had some lady troubles when he was a Jet. I think they broke up about the time he became a Jet. Now Aaron is in the honeymoon stage with his new bride, Brittani. I find her pretty hot. Aaron should be in a good mood for the season.

Exp: Lee Westwood. Pro Golfer. He hooked up with a new lady in 2021. He had one of his better years with her on his bag and in his bed.

My dream is that Rodgers has a 2009 Brett Favre season left in him (minus the stupid interception against the Saints of course!) after a bad season with the Jets for both!

I get the frustration for the distraction this has caused, but don't understand why people act like it's their money and only the players are responsible for justifying their cost.

As for what was said last year, who knows? Maybe Cam tried negotiating for some PBIs and the team said no. I think that would be a silly move, but this whole scenario is silly to me. There's a time and a place for negotiating the details, gentlemen - now ain't it.

Rodgers has one more shot so no he is not regretting coming here. Heyward will get paid and play. Boswell will get paid. He is worth the money. Pickens was a cancer and should have never been selected. TJ is worth his weight in gold. #2 WR won’t be missed with our TE group being what they are. Austin is not in any legal trouble that would even hamper a Walmart job. I’m surprised you didn’t bring up the elephant in the room which Oline.

Heyward is 36. I don't see him getting a big contact. He turned back the clock last year, but that clock is ticking loud.

Of all the people on this list, Boswell is the most deserving of more. His right foot has carried this team in a lot of games. Right now he's about the 10th highest paid yearly average kicker in the nfl. Kicker pay is not breaking the bank. I think he is deserving of a bit more to push him into at least the top five of pay average.

TJ has been earning the pay he's been given so far. He's faded in the late part of the year, but I blame that as much on the team leaning so hard on the defense as anything else. People just get tired. The Steelers had the money to pay him and I'm pretty sure that he's got more high octane gas left in that tank.

We have quite the skilled tight end room. I expect that they are going to cover up any lack of a true wr2 with a lot of tight end use. That should have the added benefit of a lot of quick passes for Rogers which will keep him standing more often rather than picking himself up off the ground.

Austin's legal issues are a non issue. His dog bit another dog. It will have absolutely zero to do with his NFL play.
