Myron are you a Reds fan?

Born and raised in Cincy... my dad's from Altoona and converted me to a Steelers fan, but love the reds.

 

I am!! Ben a Reds fan since the 1970 season.(I was 10) That was the year they played about half their games in Crosley Field and the other half in Riverfront. That was also the year Brooks Robinson KILLED us in "The Series". Had the opportunity to meet Brooks years later and told him so. His response was "Well if I didnt help beat you guys Lee May alone would have beat us."

That was when they played afternoon games in the series. I remember rushing home from school to catch the end of games.

Loved The Big Red Machine in the 70's.....Wore #14 on my high school baseball team for you know who.Played second too. Thats the position he played when called up.

Travesty he is not in hall!!!!!!!

GO REDS!!....If not them than Bucs!!!!!
