I rather doubt it has anything to do with Obama

After reading some of the judges ruling I just want to scream. The level of insanity in it goes well beyond anything I've ever seen. The league was supposed to inform Brady as to his potential punishment should he not cooperate. Seriously? Brady's lawyer was not allowed to cross exam the leagues attorney.again really?

Yeah, clearly the preemptive move to get the case heard in NY did not have the results that the NFL was hoping for. All it did was find another biased judge.

They will appeal and the commish will regain power.... this was all a ruse by all parties involved to get Brady in the opening day game so they can profit. Don't be blind. Don't believe media spin, and don't believe everything you read.

Yep I think everything went as planned. Goodell gets to look like he punished cheating once again and the cheater still gets to play. They are all laughing at us thinking they got away with another. If karma is real though, Brady should be on the look out. Bad stuff has to be coming his way. It has to.

If I destroyed evidence of potential wrong doing in my job... I'd be fired as would most people. A 4 game suspension considering the history of the Patriots cheating seems pretty fair.

This will be interesting to see how it plays out. I think the NFL will finally see that these "players" and their "actions" are a monster that the NFL, itself, created. How they will respond is what will have me on the edge of my seat. I really am looking at this from the court's side, also. I mean they really had no business even accepting this case, in my opinion. I hope this isn't over yet and for old Rogs' sake he better go down swinging.
