I don’t want to hear a word ever again from Mitch why he is not starter.

Ya, that was wiered. The O scored 42 points on a great Jax D, and the D gave up 45 points to a crap Jax O... so Tomlin naturally gets rid of Haley...

Agreed, but that was about Roethlisberger not wanting to work with Haley. I'm not a fan of giving in to players in situations like that, but Roethlisberger was far from the only guy who has ever had a problem with Haley.

Also, at least three of those touchdowns against the Jaguars were playground stuff that worked simply because they had some incredibly gifted players on that offense.

I really was tempted toward that sort of response, but I'm trying to be a kinder, gentler me. :)

Steelers seem to hate Mason so much. They will probably start Mitch

I’ve never heard that before. Certain topics I can’t bother debating they are just so absurd. That definitely fits the bill.

I’m not even a fan of Brady but come on.

I'm no fan of his, either, but I acknowledge his place among the best quarterbacks in the history of the game. It's not like marginal draft picks don't get opportunities any longer. Hell, two rookie quarterbacks taken in the seventh round started games this season, Brock Purdy and Skylar Thompson.

Did they score 45 points against them? Were the Patriots apparently a top 3 defence like we were?
Is that the bar we've set for ourselves now, it's okay to get pumped by teams as long as those teams almost beat the Patriots?

Why are You arguing with this Guy???
His words....nothing anyone says matters. If You do prove Him wrong....He will just say... He doesn't remember, and why should He care.
So why should anything He spouts matter???

It doesn't, but meaningless arguments are kind of the point of a message board. :lolol:

True. I guess I was thinking how with Ben we always knew we had a chance even with porous defense or bad special teams if the game was close. And then there's the times we lost to 2nd or 3rd stringers it seemed regularly like we couldn't prepare for the change or something. Maybe it wasn't as bad as I remember but I seem to get flashbacks of bengals, raiders and Miami maybe as a few teams that bit us even with Ben.
