I could not agree more…

    I agree with a lot of what you said. I am not sure I am confident enough in the current class to draft a QB but that doesnt make me right either. Am I reading your post correctly - you want to stay with Mason?

    - My first step would be to explore a trade for Russell Wilson (and I've detailed why in the thread about him or 2023).
    - Assuming that doesn't work, then I'd make ONLY a one year investment in whomever I could get to fill out the quarterback unit for 2022, and let them compete for the job for this season. That would not assume anything, regarding Rudy or anyone else in that unit. The guy who shows me the best chance to win gets the job.
    - I would then evaluate everything BRAND NEW, just like this offseason, all over again going into 2023, whatever that means and wherever that would lead me then.

    Once again, the above steps are predicated on my lack of belief in any of the rookie class or vet free agent quarterbacks of 2022. And if I'm wrong down the line, then I'm wrong. But that's my best decision with what I know now.
