    Howard Jones is going to the Bucs practice squad for full salary according to reports.

    He looked like he had some serious potential in camp last year. Didn't show jack this year... I'm not too worried about it. Good luck to him.

    Pretty disappointed we lost Jones. Still hopeful he could come back next year. Made more plays than any of 3rd string backers. Very athletic but very Raw. Just needs coaching.

    I would imagine it's more on the LB coach to develop him, and feed back to the DC about whether they can do what the DC wants them to, who in turn feeds back to the HC and the GM.

    The disappointment for me was last year when he and Mauro didn't make the cut. This preseason I've not seen too much from HoJo. Maybe he goes and makes a name for himself. More likely he hangs around for another season or two and then fades away.

    I predict Hojo will bounce around from team to team to team. I see no hidden JH in him.
