I could maybe say in 2019, even if our defense was loaded in every position since our QB play was just awful... But 8-8 was still not great. There are not many year that the steelers have overachieved under Tomlin.

Bill Cowher had 1992,2001,2004 like no doubt and maybe more like 1997

whole lot of under achieving going on:( I think the year we lost to Jacksonville we had 7-8 pro bowlers on the team.

A buddy of mine went to see the NFL HOF. He was amazed how many Steelers are in there. Somehow you'd think we'd have more SB's.

2008 and 2010 Tomlin overachieved. 2019 was his best year of coaching. 2020 he was doing it with mirrors, so he was overachieving through 11 games.

Counting this season, they underachieved 15 of 16 years under Tomlin.

I think the 2017 was Tomlin's biggest let down.

You can't have that team lose at home to Jacksonville...

They had a team good enough to beat New England. But sadly.. looked past Jacksonville...

But Jacksonville was little better that year than given credit for.. they almost had the Patriots beat in Foxboro in that AFC Championship game.
