The guy didn’t fly back with the team and was spotted at a bar taking pictures with cheerleaders.

Wow, his stint would be worse than Sabans

Pete Carroll is one of the few who succeeded at both levels. I'm sure there are others but they escape me for now. Dick Vermeil?

Not too long, he always thought he was bigger, most brightest in the room. He isn't.

To a lesser extent, Don Coryell.

Sure looks like backfield in motion there. This can't be his first penalty and Mrs UM probably likes her lifestyle. So I say fired.

Since he is a married guy the moral police have to make a move. If he was a single man, power to him and wouldn't be a problem or shouldn't be a problem.

I sure the hell would not have minded that hot young lady doing that to me but to be honest the age difference would have had me tense and nervous.

I think he did it on purpose he probably wants to be fired. He’s not that stupid.

I'd bring in Luke Fickle in a heartbeat and kick MT to the curb this offseason. I'm sure that the Rooneys have no intentions of getting rid of Popcorn though even if he ended up 1-16 this season. Mediocrity has been accepted here for such a long time that it seems satisfactory in the eyes of the FO.

To be fair, he doesn't look all that comfortable in that situation. Looks like he was shielding his junk with his arms.

Unless he was stone drunk, I can tell you plenty of times I've seen a lady dance on a guy like that who was uncomfortable with telling her no and they looked the same way.

    Couple points though:

    1. You fly back with your team during the season in the NFL. Unless you're doing something team related or there's a family member in distress and you apply those rules across your staff and the team.
    2. You have to have more self-awareness than this as a head coach.
    3. You go in that locker room and have a face to face with them all together and hash it out. You don't tell them together, then change it up and try to pull individual position groups meeting pop-ins.

At best, this seems like very poor situational awareness. There is a history of integrity issues with him.

12-4 last year, only 8-8 3 times. No losing seasons. Not sure how that constitutes mediocrity......

He’ll be gone after the season. I’m kind of surprised he is still there. It’s imploding now.

The Jaguars owner said he's sticking with Meyer.

Belichick is probably the only current HC with a good playoff record.

Quite sad for a league that's supposed to be about parity.

I don't. It's one thing to lose the team; it's another when there's in-fighting with the coaching staff. From the outside looking in, that situation looks far too toxic for him to finish this season, let alone get another season. We can look at a situation like where Buddy Ryan and Ditka had a literal fist fight, but the difference is that the Bears won the SB that year. If the Khans keep him another year, I fully expect the Jags fans to completely bail on the team and he's fired by week 5.

Switzer got the blame but that Cowboys team was dead when a real salary cap was put in place. They, the Skins and 49ers were out spending everyone and haven't won Jack since.
