The following quote from an article by DK on DK Pittsburgh Sports.

“• There's a respectful but real doubt about Cole Holcomb's status over on South Water Street, given the awful nature of his knee injury. Because of that and because Elandon Roberts will turn 30 next month -- with hard, hard miles, to boot -- don't expect Patrick Queen to be the last starting-type inside linebacker acquired.”

    Doesn’t sound good

Yeah, both him and Kwon had bad injuries. I don’t think either will start another game here.

We can't catch a break at ILB.

Hopefully Queen turns that all around.

Right? 7 years since Shazier went down and they’ve struggled mightily to fill his shoes

but even Shazier - had that bad knee, in what, Yr. 2, I think?

was just hitting his stride in S4, still a pup.

Been a loooooong time for the ILB position, that is for sure.

I forget why he only started 12 games each in 2015 and 2016 - other injuries?

I'd bring M. Jack back as a backup at least.

Robinson is a good athlete would be real nice if he could blossom. This would have to be the year.

Just not a lot of ILB prospects in this draft that meet what we need immediately.

That he only played a year ay LB in college, I think it realistic that this is more of a year of expectation that last, no doubt he has the athletic ability.
