I am fortunate to live fairly close to Latrobe,
I have been to numerous Steeler training camps.
Silverback is one of the few players that actually work hard at training camp.

not worried about these two missing as I'm sure most of you aren't either. Hopefully Golson doesn't miss much though. Shoulder injury I think. Don't know about the severity. Seems minor from what I've been reading.

Thats pretty common to hold the vets out of practice. Heath Miller is missing time playing in camp as well. Heath certainly does not need to practice. He could benefit from conditioning like all of the vets but its not imperative he plays in camp as much as the younger guys like Jesse James

Remember Farve's final few years where he would do the retirement song and dance up and until the end of camp and once what ever team he was playing for went back to the practice facility and home field he would decide to play another year. I always wanted to say look you idiot if you don't want to got to camp and get treated like a rookie than say so, man up and stop acting like a baby.

Believe me, he sweated as much if not more than anyone else on the field. He was in a full on sweat suit and the temps were BRUTAL on Sunday.
