So how long he needs to be in quarantine? 3 straight days of being negative?

If he just tested positive today he won’t play next weekend.

Well we don’t have to worry about our roster problem with Wright now.

Now the question becomes who are his potential close contacts? It's possible every CB has to quarantine, like the Browns receivers did last week.

It's possible Haden might have played his last game as a Steeler

Damn I hope we dont loose a bunch of DB'S for the playoff game ... Would be great to actually have a running game to help keep the D off the field,,,I have suggested multiple approaches to help fix the run and here we sit,,looking more and more like 1 and done..Oh and it would also be nice to be able to play some single high to help protect the short zones , but oh well maybe next season...

Unless those players actually test positive, it wouldn't matter that much. They aren't playing enough key guys to win this weekend, anyway. The real issue is not having Haden for the first round of the playoffs. COVID really has destroyed what was a promising season for the Steelers. They were already missing too many key parts on defense. They aren't beating the Ravens or Browns, the likely first-round opponents, without Haden, too.

I would add Coaching by not planning ahead..We never even tried to get a running game and we had plenty of options... Could have moved some Athletes around to allow us to play more sub packages of course never happened.. We could have developed packages for Dobbs weeks ago and used those to keep D'S guessing and maybe actually convert short yardage ..We never did ..So I blame Coaching as much as Covid ...

Haden missing the 1st playoff game is huge. Although their are some that want to see him gone. Not me.

This gives an opportunity for Sutton and Layne. I believe both were going to be taking the bulk of the snaps tomorrow anyway and now one will be starting opposite Nelson next week.

I assume Sutton will start the playoff game, with Layne seeing a lot of snaps. Maybe we will be getting a look at most of next season's defense. I would hope that if they don't keep Haden, they at least re-sign Sutton.

Sutton could be the next B. McFadden. He has his opportunity.

I don’t believe not having Haden is a death knell. Hopefully they end up drawing the Dolphins.

There are six scenarios where that could happen.

It is just one more hit they can't afford. It may not be the only one. Ebron and Marsh went on the COVID list today, too, but those are supposedly close contacts.

Man I thought McFadden would turn out to be alot better than what his career turned out to be. That play he made to break up a potential touchdown pass to Reggie Wayne in the 05 divisional playoff was big time. Especially for a rookie.
