In the past fans of other teams weren’t allowed to post in the Steelers Talk section. Has that changed?

Hey if the rule changed I’ll adhere to it. That’s not a problem. Until I get told that if I see a fan from another team especially a division rival I’m gonna tell them where to stick it.

I am saying this about Tomlin through open doors. From 2011-2018, once most of Cowher's players were gone, Tomlin was an enabler to allow a me first culture. I believe after the AB debacle at the end of 2018, Tomlin looked in the mirror and decided to change how he coached players. The change was somewhat derailed last year because of Roethlisberger's injury. I see a noticeable difference in preparation for teams, often shutting down the other team's best player. This team is winning, while still having issues that need attention. I expect Roethlisberger to prove that he is still the division's best QB this Sunday. I expect a game plan that neutralizes Jackson. If these two things happen, the Steelers win.

 

Fair enough.

 

The website is called thesteelersfans. This forum is called Steelers Talk. If we followed your logic (which is offensive to logic) then only Steelers fans would be allowed to join. Since that's not the case, you're wrong.

I wasn't actually responding to who is allowed in "Steelers Talk," but the entire board. Maybe I misread Glenn.

And to be precise, I didn't insult him, just his logic. Maybe you all are being a little extra sensitive to the banter between myself, Stone, Glenn, and a couple others just to try to and keep things from escalating. And that's okay. I get it.

But saying someone's logic is offensive to logic? Really? That's a problem? Are we that sensitive that we can't handle something like that? I thought that most of us were men here. I didn't say HE was offensive. I didn't say HE was anything. I thought his logic was whack.

If we go down this road, this will evolve into not being able to say someone made a mistake.

I don't think this is the right place for me. I'm just too much of a mean-spirited, hotheaded jerk who makes little boys cry. I'll bugger off and let this place get back to the kinder, gentler atmosphere that it had before I showed up.
