There's got to be a comprehensive listing for this kind of stuff. The only articles I could find on week 9 fines were mash-ups with select players some being different.

So they reviewed the entire game tape and could only come up with Will Allen's hit on Cruz as a fine-able offense?

Not the H2H on Wallace nor the Rainey injury. I realize it's a bang-bang play, but this dropping on the pile crap after the guy is clearly on the ground is what Chris Kemoeatu used to get penalized for. The guy had his ribs cracked by it for goodness sake and you don't think "in the interest of player safety" you should discourage it? :::Sarcasm intended::: Just throwing it out there.
