Fun Fact. The Horse-collar tackle is still allowed for QBs inside the pocket.

    I couldn't believe this when the announcers said this. The league would make a rule banning this tackle from being used on all 21 players on the field except the QB. How did this get passed? And then NOT get passed???

    In 2012 the Steelers proposed a rule that would ban this Horse-Collar tackle on QBs inside the pocket, but the league voted it down.

    Adding, if you make it illegal in the pocket
    How in the blue hell will you be able to sack qb?
