Free agency and the draft

With the signings of safety Mike Mitchell and NT Cam Thomas, I think means the Steelers won't be drafting those positions at #15. I hope so I didn't want Louis Nix at #15 like all those mock drafts had him going to the Steelers anyway. I think they will go CB or WR or possibly ILB in the first round.

 

Gilbert Mosley Evans or Barr. One of these will fall ,I think, and we will take any of them.

Evans is the only one I don't want. I personally would rather have Robinson from psu or Mathews in the 2nd.

So sign me up for 1 2 and 4.

 

I really don't think signing Thomas takes dt out of play. I will hope that we add one. I don't like nix at 15. I do like mosley and gilbert. no to evans and barr.

I agree, but if Cam was only signed for depth as some here suggest then we are no better off at the position than we were last season. If the Steelers truly feel that way then Nix is still in play.
I believe Cam will challenge and win the starting NT position!

 

Obsession? No Obsession with him. I think NT is an area we can upgrade at among a couple other positions, that's all.

Feel free to express yourself. Your displeasure for my feelings for McLendon are probably no different than mine of Jack's for Jarvis Jones. We all have a guy or two that we just don't buy into. At the end of the day the Steelers are going to make the decision that's best for the team not any of us. It's just my opinion and people have different points of view. I hope you're not taking any of this personal as that's not my intent.

 

I don't think they will or do I want them to take Nix at 15, but I think it's still a possibility. Who knows, I can't figure this stuff out. Lol
