This dude never made the playoffs with the Browns, and was on the team that went 0-16, and had a record of something like 48-128 .

Meh. He's not wrong. He's probably just mad that Ben was 26-3-1 against the Browns.

Easy to say from your couch when you aren't in the playoffs, and never have been.

    What a Willie wannabe.
He played His whole career on a bunch of losers....that built this team that was supposed 2 go 2 a SB only 2 be beat by the Steelers twice this year, and didn't make the playoffs. What a joke.

I got to admit, I was surprised by this. I always thought that Thomas was a stand up class guy, but I guess he had me fooled. Aside from the obvious mistake of trolling a team that lost in the playoffs when you've in fact never even got a whiff of them in 11 years, the calling out of Mason Rudolph is just classless and unprofessional. I really thought he was better than that. Leave that for the fans at home on the couch. As a professional analyst, it's just poor form.

You know though that TE pass pisses me off though. Receiver comes off the line and starts blocking (of course the Steelers defender lets him and doesn't get his hands back on him for some reason) releases and catches the TD. How is that a legal play?

Same on the Tackle eligible. Dude grabs TJ 2 hands and slings him down and releases to catch the TD. Definitely a hold, but they let them do that crap and then dance around like they were super smart for calling it.

Even though he was a hof player and it wasn't his fault the browns were trash his whole career, he has no room to talk. He couldn't smell the playoffs.

Still, for a guy who never made the playoffs, he should probably shut his pie hole.

Not surprised. It seems comical Thomas is in the HOF. It's supposed to be a collection of players that you cannot tell the NFL's story without I had thought. What is Joe Thomas' story? He protected hot garbage for 180 consecutive games or whatever?

Yeah, I was thinking it was a drunk post too.

And he followed it up with the typical "Look how many I triggered" tweet, which is a standard typical deflection reply when you're getting your ass handed to you and you have nothing else. What a sad and pathetic display by someone who's supposed to be classy.

    Pathetic.
While as an analyst it's his job to give his opinion, it should be done within the scope of the job and with respect to the players. It's okay to not like them, criticize them, and let those opinions be known, but to just crap on Mason in a tweet that has nothing to do with your job, shows the real content of his character.
