Former Bears DT Eddie Goldman

    They released him in a salary cap move this Spring, he's only 28 and 6'3 325lbs, Khan get on the phone and sign this man.

    What are his qualifications? Is he a 4-3 DT or have a NT background? I'm assuming that if he was a cap move his salary was equal to his ability and that was higher end rather than lower.

    He was a NT, I think the Bears played a 4/3, I would still sign him and plug him in somewhere :hehehe:

    Seems like a solid player. They could use another veteran who can play the nose, and I'm not sure what else is out there that would be better.

    Goldman was a very solid interior D lineman with nose tackle size and strength. Problem is, you have to go back to 2019 to see solid play from him. I have no idea whether he can reclaim that form in 2022.
