Make the punk play and take a handoff deep in the backfield. All 5 OL just stand up and let the D get a run at him and twist his azz into the ground. If he does pull that crap and pretend to be injured, then let's let him have a legit injury. To hell with trying to maintain any trade value. At this point, just write it off and move on from this azzhole.

 

While I Was a huge Deebo fan it is now fading quickly.

He made his kids return their Participation Trophy because he was raising them right...... So what is he teaching his kids Now..... Sign a super rich single season contract and fake an injury and don't play so you can get another longer term contract......

Dpoy and won sb that same year while making an all time great sb play, 5 pro bowl, 5 all pro. Wont be first ballot of course but he will get in.

 

He's fringe and with no backing from the Steelers = more then likely no HoF. He might eventually get in but he's getting booed. Not going to be like Bettis, Troy, or Hines.

 

If he continues on at the pace he has sure, but he hasn’t done enough to this point to get into the HOF. Maybe the Hall of Shame.

Harrison isn't going to the Hall of Fame, pass rushers get into the hall with over 100 career sacks Harrison doesn't even have 90.

 

Name a guy who was a dpoy on a sb team in their respective year with a clean history who isnt in the hall of fame. Being the best defensive player in a respective year on a primarily defensive sb team goes a long way. Then on top of that he played in what 4 sbs and is top 5 all time in playoff sacks. He will get in postseason and sb holds a lot of weight along with a dpoy to top it off.

 

I have no feelings of ill will toward James Harrison. I definitely think it was foolish to not get him involved more in the game plan utilizing his pass rushing abilities in his last year here.

Whatever happened happened. He played well for a long time in the Black and Gold.

As for his comment on Bell signing the tag stating he was injured, he stated his opinion. I don't have a problem with it.

It is my understanding that the Steelers can rescind the franchise tag at any time.

Yeah if a guy's case is numbers and production overtime. Harrison had for s few years a peak level of greatness that isnt matched by many. Rings and being a huge reason why take you a long way. Do you know how many guys that arent in the hall that 1 ring would have got them in. He's in a convo omly guys like LT, ray Lewis, deion, derrickBrooks, etc... can be in as the dpoy on a sb winning team in that respective year..
