    Nobody is going to drag a team through the mud for distancing themselves from a murderer. It's not going to happen. Robert Kraft could go set Aaron Hernandaz's house on fire and he wouldn't catch any flack for it.

    All those times that Gronk used to get blasted for his partying, those days are over. Gronk could run through the streets naked and everyone will just dismiss it based on the fact that he hasn't shot 5 people.

    Some are saying it is NE showing they care about their fans and some are saying that NE simply wants to distance themselves from Hernandez.

    I think it's a good move by them for both reasons.

    I put a post about this in the Hernandez thread. I think it's pretty cool that they're doing this. I bet a bunch of Jets fans will buy some really cheap and wear them when they play NE. LOL.

    Some of them must have deep pockets. I checked on Ebay, and they're not cheap.

    Man that's funny. Don't buy it on launch date though. Just wait about 6 months and it will be worth about $9. Also I bet the Pats are glad they released him because since he's made the cover of Madden he's DEFINITELY gonna get injured. LOL.

    So.... If they are selling so expensive on e-bay... Do the Pats, turn around and sell the ones they exchanged, for a profit???
    (Just kidding, that would be even a bigger p.r. nightmare, than they are trying to avoid, when it came to light... but a funny thought, nonetheless)...
    And, BFT.... The jerseys are commanding that price, because some people are just freaking sick... face it, a sad part of human nature...Although I do like your theory about the Jet`s fans!:roflmao:
