May of this year. Have to exercise the option before the beginning of their 4th year.

I’m only referring to qb’s. We always carry 4 into camp

The bears will never make another trade with the steelers if this trade become as one sided that the Claypool trade!

Before we ger ro excited these are two quarterbacks that teams have moved on from. Doesn't that give anyone pause?

Ah. Well, one low draft pick and an undrafted cannon fodder will do.

No. Because it's not necessarily that a player is bad. Sometimes, it's just a bad fit.

And this is low risk considering where we were last year anyway.

It seems there was no market for him so the asking price was dropped, amazing! Lol Philly got screwed, they wanted him before Pickett but Chicago was asking too much supposedly.

I think this is fair, but would say I am happier with Wilson and Fields over Pickett and Rudolph. The entire swap happening for a pretty cap friendly number and a low pick.

If neither works, then it doesn’t hurt us long term. It also gives us more hope for the upcoming season.

Well to put it into perspective we got rid of 3 quarterbacks we decided to pass on

And we improved at least on paper

So many reporters think they have “inside info”. The advent of social media has made this even worse because reporters are dying to stay in the 24 hour news cycle.

Ok Debbie Downer. How about looking at the glass half full. When has the last time Chicago has ever developed a franchise QB? Russ wasn’t a fit at all for Shawn Payton and Denvers system. These two are significantly better than what we had at QB.

I can’t see the Steelers doing that

Maybe they have an extension already in place

They definitely need too have some Red Zone Packages if not for both they need some for Fields outside of Wilson. It just makes it that much harder for the opposing team to game plan for us.

Those might be the three positions they address first in the draft.
