Situational? No situation. The game was over.

    But...:beathorse:

I'll ask...if we had been up 14 with 50 seconds left, had possesion on our 20, 1st down, and the browns had no timeouts, do we run a pass play?

I'd love to hear you explain not taking a knee because we might need the practice.

Hey The Glory Days and BURGH43STEL.

No knock on BURGH43STEL, but I did get a kick out of The Glory Days response:

"I'd love to hear you explain not taking a knee because we might need the practice". That would usually be a good thing, right folks?

We need a little light-hearted humor around here (smile).

Different circumstances require different tactics. The Steelers offense isn't playing well. Even in losing effort they need every rep they can get.

Definitely could use some self-defense classes.

This one probably pisses me off the most. The logic here is that Mason had lost the fight and continued to pursue Garrett so Garrett did what anyone else who was being attacked would do, and Rudolph deserved it.

Well, yes if this were a street fight in an alley with a baseball bat, but it wasn't. It was a game in front of tens of thousands of people with literally hundreds immediately on hand break things up. The fact that people lack the mental capacity to differentiate between the two situations is disturbing, sad, and quite disappointing.

Ist, it was a roughing the passer because he was drilled into the ground after the play completed.(No call)
2nd, it was a personal foul because he stayed on top of him after he was drilled into the ground. (no call)
3rd, he was assaulted with a deadly weapon to his head, in which he helplessly tried to defend himself.

    Of course, it's his fault.

Apparently MR thought that Pouncy was dissing him (or being prophetic) during the skirmish because Pouncy yelled "Duck! Duck!" just as Garrett swung the helmet at MR.
