Eagles/Texans Maclin TD

Anyone see that last one? Call stands even though the ball clearly rolled forward and it hit the ground. On fourth down!

 

The call stood because he had possession and control before he got into the end zone. Once the ball crossed the line, it's a TD and the play is over. He doesn't have to control it going to the ground at that point. He clearly had control before he got into the end zone as he took about 4 steps with the ball. It was a good call

 

Did he have control before the endzone? The replays show the ball getting there as he was diving for the catch already in the endzone.

 

The replays show him catching the ball and then taking like 4 steps before he even got to the end zone. He clearly had control.
