Defensive foul change - helps Jaguars

    Apparently, the new rule is that defensive fouls behind the LOS are enforced from the previous spot.

    Hence why they placed the ball at the 35 vice the 40 for the game winner.

    I saw Fox reporting a new rule and had to see WTF they were talking about since games not ending on defensive fouls is not a new rule.
