Idk if DD is a liability but to compare him to AB is too much... DeCastro gets a holding call just about every game. 66 has been flagged a bunch all year. Not to mention he got his @$$ handed to him early in the season in pass protection. I made this joke in an earlier thread, but early on this year he spent more time in Ben's lap than Mrs. Roethlisberger.

I'm not saying he's a bad player, or that we should bench him. He's just regressed from what he was last season. He beasted it last season and was an all pro. He's been very mediocre and inconsistent this season

DeCastro has had two serious knee injuries. I wonder if those are starting to make an impact.

What was the infraction that would draw a fine from either player on that play? Do offensive linemen ever draw a fine for helmet to helmet hits on a defender, within the process of blocking him, and vise-versa? I'm just asking, that's new to me.

DeCastro is a team loyal and passionate player and don't take no crap with other players playing chippy or dirty against his brothers. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to set the tone. Dont be bullied.

i know its not normal but our o=line could rotate and keep fresh legs on the field with the way they are all playing at this point. finney and hubbard have played well. we bring a different ability to the field when finney is in the game for ramon. alternate these two for a few series a game and work the d- line of the rasins over. hubbard as the extra TE with finney and pouncey pulling and getting away from the teeth of the rasins interior would help us and keep them chasing to the edges and tired.

DD is too smart to keep hurting us the way he has. i like the fire but don't kill the O.

I don't like the Oline rotation. We need to stick with one guy and let him get in the flow of the game. With how much we pay DD he has to be the guy that does it.

That seemed to be the Bengals play on run downs....They looked like they were going for the cut blocks on the lead blocker to clog the lanes...

I didn't notice it on the first pass either. DD might have saved Bell's knee there.

that rotation would be more for ramon. use our assets because both guys have different abilities that can be used to tire d lines and lb'ers.

I am all for rotation of both lines, especially this deep into the season. Lets try it anyway and
see what happens. We will need all men on board vs the Ravens

I don't think So. On previous run plays, Burfict had come in fast and low, taking out lead blocker's DeCastro's legs at the shins. I think DD was prepared for it this time and decided to dish out some payback punishment.
