You have become a selfish, pathetic, underachieving, group of drama queens. You have put yourselves before the team and Steelers Nation. This latest story with AB is just a nail in the coffin! Really AB? You're a 6th round pick that went out and earned it the old fashioned way. Now you've become a selfish punk! This team is pathetic and you have let not only yourselves down but the fans who would do anything and go anywhere to support you guys. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This has gotten pathetic. Shame on your Rooney's for letting this happen. Shame on you Mike Tomlin for having no control over your team. You guys have become a joke. Now sleep in that bed! Underachieving F$#@&

    Dear Mr Frank:

Thank you for your letter of 12/31. While we value your input , we will run the team as we see fit. If this is unsatisfactory, you can follow another team or scrape up $1.5 billion to buy an NFL team to run your way.
    Kindest regards,
Art II and all the gang

I hope the Rooney's take a hard look and make some much needed
changes in how they do business. Being creative in the draft and FA would be
a good start. Take some chances, what can it hurt we already are not in the playoffs
and are not on the plane needed to win a Superbowl.

    Dear Mr. Rooney,

Thanks for your response you sarcastic prick. And don’t push your luck....you’d be f***ed if the fans actually followed through with your idea of following another team. Keep ignoring the issues with this team and you’re gonna be in for a rude awakening...

    Kindest regards...

Ok, we'll scratch you off the season ticket wait list. That drops it down to 10,243. See ya in your Baker Mayfield jersey. We don't live in our fears, and we don't take idle threats seriously.

    Best of luck,

    Art, Kevin and Mike.

RELAX! We all feel the OP's pain. Lots of problems on this team starting with Tomlin. But let's not go overboard. Some of the stuff I have been reading is over the top.

Maybe me being annoyed by some ppl might be a little over board but the whole Steelers team really is a laughing stock at this point. Everybody is making fun of them for being a soap opera ran organization and it finally backfiring on them in missing the playoffs.. That's not being over board that's just a fact

My prediction...Butler fired...HAVE to do something! Other than having a crappy defense, It's probably his fault about AB and the dysfunctional lockeroom...

He'll take the sword because they have to do SOMETHING, So there is that...

Another prediction...Same ole next year...Beat some good teams, lose to some bad because they're undisciplined and not prepared ( why would it mysteriously change ) all of a sudden...

Plug away with our NON losing seasons...Ben will be done...

Then..........There will be an actual rebuild/ start over...That will be the excuse to give Tomlin another extension...Ben has been there forever, a hof QB...No way you can blame Tomlin for having some down years after that...Which will buy him more years...

Then....Tomlin will be approaching 20 years...And then HE CAN SAY on his terms " I'm retiring " no Rooney rule, no " how could they "...Will still go down as a really good Coach win wise/ pct.wise ( not my perception ) But how he will be perceived...

Someone save this post and repost it in 5 years...And see if I am close to any of these predictions

Guys I don't want to paint with a broad brush but it's all popcorn. Tomlin needs high draft picks at all positions to be capable of overcoming his inability to coach.
How often have you watched a Steelers game and seen the influence of the coaches for controlling , winning a game ?
I recall our players making amazing plays, flags in our favor.

At least we have months and months of offseason. Time to watch the NHL playoff push....pens riding a 6 game win streak.

Tomlin helped the Steelers win a lot of games as HC. He must have the ability to coach.

HOF quarterback , great offense and playing 2 games each against the Browns and Bengals, how couldn't but help not have winning seasons ?

As I said he must have the ability to coach winning as many games as the team did with him as HC.

No coach in the history of the leagues wins without good to great players.

Ben certainly didn't play like a HOF QB in several games this season. Ben turned the ball over to much. Turnovers played a huge role in the outcome of the season.

Fans who just accept that having a "winning season" is good enough year after year without any higher expectations troubles me.
