I also like this signing. This is one if those signings that kind of went under the radar, but the guy may end up getting a significant amount of snaps.

reminds me more of a chris wormley signing. maybe slightly better. i liked lowry when he was at north western. he will be a solid rotational guy. marshall from last year didn't play bad either. may signal the end of leal or loudermilk or both if we draft one. would leave adams, cam, ogunjobi, lowry, marshall, benton, draft pick. i don't expect them to keep more than 7 active. maybe PS if one of leal or loudermilk clear waivers and resign there. fahoko was re-signed as well.

Defensive Line is stacked at this point. A solid signing as a rotational piece. Could spell the end of Leal who has not progressed.

I will enjoy it so much if Pirates win World series, then Steelers win Superbowl and then Pens win Stanley cup then we can tell everyone to <suck it>

That was the life of us old guys back in the late 70's. Pitt won the national championship in 1976, 3 years later in 1979 the Steelers and Pirates were both world champs. In fact I was at the last world series game ever played in Pittsburgh. Bert Blyleven and Jim Rooker combined to shut down the Orioles in game #5 and send the series back to Baltimore where we won games #6 and 7 too.

I think Tampa Bay came real close to having three defending Championships. Brady got them a SB. Lightning got them the Stanley Cup and Rays lost in the World Series.

Pittsburgh has held 2 at once twice. Steelers/Pirates 79-80 and Steelers/Penguins 09. Notice Steelers involved in both.

Amazing time to be a Pittsburgh Sports fan. 1971-1980 = 7 Championships.
