Since our coach isn’t leading the charge on this what players will. I am pulling for Pat, Najee and Dionte. Not sure who on defense that’s young.

I don't think this is possible since culture is a top-down team influence. If something needs to change, you have to get rid of what is causing the need for change. JMO>

I agree. It starts with the HC and then team leaders. Players like Fitz, Watt, Heyward, Edmunds and Bush are the leaders on D moving forward. If Juju returns, then he's a likely suspect as a team leader on offense. Not saying 2nd year Players can't be leaders, but it's usually the veterans.

All three guys seem to have their act together and can rise up to be leaders on the Offense. With the Defense, Heyward is head and shoulders above everyone else. However, Watt, Minka and Haden also command respect

Did you imply Bush as a leader? The same guy that is being criticized by everyone in the media including former players for lack of effort during games?

I only mentioned him because he has a few years experience as a starter. By no means do I think he'll be a leader next year.

The problem is that good employees are demotivated when leadership tolerates bad employees.

Good employees can get most of the rest to follow. The employees naturally inclined to slack will slack; for them, it’s just a question of the production outweighing the slacking.
