I among other things did facilities management work for school districts. I was sitting right next to the superintendent and along with the rest of the school board. At one public contentious meeting over building new schools one of the public got up to speak. She said something I thought was idiotic and wasn’t even looking up. The room got very quite and this seemed to catch my attention. Again without looking up I leaned over to the superintendent and asked “did I say that out loud” she looked at me pissed and said “uh huh”.

Probably 20 years ago when my municipality started televising monthly meetings, it was Must See TV for about a year. It was funny as hell watching highly educated adults act like complete jackasses. My favorite part was public commentary at the end. I was truly embarrassed for some of those people.

 

No biggie....Sorry....I just like seeing people get along....I can go elsewhere for the other.
