I didn't read anything by the local Pittsburgh peeps. Just national stuff and this board. Oh, and Steelers Depot. I think they had Gradkowski cancelling out Mendenhall as well. Although for all I know, out of the 4 or 5 times I read this, 3 of them could have been you. This seems like a bad time to flame your vanity, but I consider your word as good or better than anything else out there. Those predictions from Dulac et al sound ridiculous. Sounds more like what we should get, if you factored in the play of Mendy and Lewis instead of just looking at dollars. But even I knew we wouldn't be that lucky, and that it had more to do with money than anything else.

Well yeah, that was all based on that one link, which looks to me like all it cares about is the per year number. Before I read that, I didn't have so much emphasis on it. I honestly couldn't for the life of me figure out how those two offset one another unless contract length was the focus, but it doesn't appear to be a focus at all after seeing his projections.

BREAK EVERYTHING DOWN NOW!!! Nah I'm just kidding, you definitely never have to do that for me. This stuff isn't my wheelhouse anyway. I think a 3/4/6 is fair, I'd settle for a 3/5/7, but I think you're probably right and we'll just get a 3/5. I definitely can't compute how we'd get one for Mundy but not Mendy, regardless of where you stick Gradkowski.

Just read why we may get one for Mundy. He played almost 700 snaps for the Giants which would put him in do to his contributions to the Giants.

Think you know #NFLdraft? Have ambition? Want to help out a respected draft analytical website. Here's your ticket:
Tony Villiotti, the owner of the website Draftmetrics.com, is looking for help. He would like to find someone willing to assist him in keeping the website running, and also growing it. It is temporarily shut down as he decides his next move.

A Pittsburgh native, Tony lives in its suburb of Scott and has had a lifetime fascination with the draft. His site is packed with analysis of drafts, draft picks, trends, successes, failures, etc.
Anyway, Tony is 65 and with a fourth grandchild on the way he tells me he was just spending too much time on Draftmetrics.com.
He's looking for a young draft analyst with computer savvy to help him keep it going. Interested? You can email Tony draftmetics@gmail.com and tell him why.

Ha! I saw that yesterday and I admit I was tempted to shoot him an email. I'm pretty thin on free time as it is, though.
