    No coach is completely hands off but only few assume complete control, like Reid. I think Tomlin is very hands on as well but I’m still not seeing the correlation to the failure or success of wining SB’s. Think it’s more nuanced than that.

    Roster building is done by GM’s except for a few exceptions. That plays a bigger roll than anything else. Would have to do an in depth look to see if drafting slants significantly towards the coaches area of expertise but I’m willing to bet it’s not slanted that much.

    Front Office, the rest of the Coaching Staff and most of all, how stable the Franchise is. People often state that the QB is the most important position in football (I agree and that is simply a fact). However, using that same terminology, a QB can be argued to be the most dependent position in all of sports for their current NFL Location will dictate how well their career's will go. Sure, there are extreme examples that buck the trend like Brady or how Carson Wentz just fell apart but the majority of statistics argues greatly in the stability factor of an Organization to develop a QB. Said point is another reason why I am more worried about Matt Canada than I am about Kenny Pickett for Pickett has shown me he is not the problem. Hell, even Trevor Lawrence struggled!!!... though that case is by the most extreme of extreme means.
