Coates this weekend?

This may be a stretch, but he is on the 53 man already and he's a decent sized guy with AB's qualities with the ball underneath ability to break it.

This could be a surprise move if AB can't go. You have to dress another receiver if he's out!

 

No Brown = Coates active, for sure.
Hopefully (even though I'm on Coates bandwagon) he's not necessary this week.

 

You would figure they would have to. They can't go into the game with 3WRs. He doesn't have the change of direction like AB but he might be faster with a bigger body to bring down. Not sure how he is progressing seeing that you don't hear a peep about him....but maybe he can burst on to the scene like Bryant....punt returns with or without AB would scare me. A big return could be the difference in the game.

 

I was very enthused about him during the preseason. There might even be a case to be made that Landry might have more of a "rapport" with him since they're both so far on the depth chart and might get more reps together. Still I don't expect to see him though. I'd say we see a hefty does of DHB though.

 

He may get a hat, I hope he is ready?
