For Browns fans that was their Super Bowl beating the Steelers in the playoffs , I hope they fall flat on their faces this season.

Well when our idiot center and our lazy QB spot them 7 points 3 seconds into the game I'm not sure how they determined that Bowel Movement scored 48 points in his first playoff game.

OK. 14 seconds then the Steelers handed them the game. It was real fun when it was 28-0.:guiness::frustrated::tequila:

I don't mind Browns fans gloating. That game was an utter embarrassment. If the Steelers did to the Browns, what that the Browns did to the Steelers, I would be gloating too.

Matters not. Browns still got beat the next week by a Mahomesless Chief team. Congratulations on all your success! :thumbs up:

While not arguing your Mayfield point..... was Ben supposed to be fighting Conner for the ball? Screenshot_20210517-183623_Facebook.jpg

Yes. When there is a fumble every single player within reach of the football should be going after the pig skin, no matter what team they are on. It would have been better also if Ben just kicked the ball through the back of the end zone for a safety.

I disagree. Last thing I want is in the first play of the game... my franchise fighting for a ball his RB is already in position to recover and then have defensive players diving into his shoulders and arms.

But that's just me.... game on the line...all hands on deck...59 minutes and 58 seconds of game to go.... trust the RB..

Steelers never allowed “The Drive” or “The Fumble.” We just have the Immaculate Reception......

We've had our share of very badly timed turnovers and let downs as well.

    1989 AFCCG come to mind.

Brister, for one, liked the look of things. "All we needed was a field goal," he said, "and we got the best field goal kicker in the league."

But Gary Anderson—already 6 for 6 in three-pointers in these playoffs—never jogged onto the field again. Stock dropped a cinch 20-yard gain on first down, and Brister had to throw the ball away on second. That left third-and-desperate. By now, the 75,868 fans were making a din you could hear in the back bowls at Vail. Worse, Brister was working with a new center—exhausted starter Dermontti Dawson had left the game on account of not getting enough air into his lungs—the 45-second clock was down to :01 and as hard as Brister stamped his foot for the snap, it wouldn't come. When he turned his head away for just a moment to look at the clock, the ball arrived, bounced off his ankle, through Hoge's fingers and into the welcoming embrace of Denver safety Randy Robbins.

And then to the same team.
    2012 AFC Playoff game.

The Steelers called tails and the coin came up heads for overtime. On the Broncos’ first play, from the 20, Tebow winged a perfect pass to Thomas, who was crossing from left to right. Thomas stiff-armed away from one defender, Ike Taylor, and outran another who had the angle — and kept running until he left the stadium.

Right? I found it more troubling that the Steelers didn't seem all that embarrassed by this. So when that happens what do you think Browns fans are gonna do?

Way to be distracted by the real issue here.

Yeah, it is kind of like when a batter hits a pop-up above the pitchers mound. The pitcher runs out of the way and lets the first or third baseman make the catch. Ben did the right thing letting the younger and more athletic Conner try and recover the ball. Only Conner botched the recovery and it rolled into the end zone.

If I were a Browns fan I would keep quiet about last year. Didn`t win the division. Didn`t go to the Super Bowl.

    Nothing to celebrate really.
