Clearly, TJ > JJ

I was looking forward to this WATT brothers match up but didn't see JJ do anything at all against the Steelers. TJ however was his usual 1 man wrecking machine.

I think father time is catching up to JJ.

I guess we can give Derek his participation trophy for that game.

 

I mean, JJ Watt did have multiple Season Ending Injuries along with a Back Injury as well. The fact that he is still playing is nothing short of impressive. That said, I do agree all the same.



As I said in the Good, Bad and Ugly thread, as it stands, I am hard pressed to find a more complete Defensive Player in the NFL than T.J. Watt. Aaron Donald is the only other player I would place next to him.

 

JJ Watt didn't win 3 DPOY awards because he was bad.

But he isn't what he used to be I think the injuries are taking the toll on him.

 

TJ > JJ now
JJ< TJ before
TJ > JJ when it's all said and done? Looks that way.
