GB-NE is the Sunday Night game. Rodgers v. Brady? No way that gets moved out of primetime.

I thought we have been through this Oakland thing before but here is a reminder

    Since 1974
Pit 8 wins in Oakland 1 in LA
Pit 3 losses in Oakland 2 in LA

    Pit 12 wins in Denver
    Pit 5 losses in Denver
    Pit 1 tie in Denver

So, how does that mean we play bad in both of those places?

1974? WTH? I was referring to recent history... not ancient.

Under Tomlin. Tomlin-coached teams have never won in Oakland. His record in Denver is not good, either. Look up Tomlin's record on the road vs. any west coast team except the Chargers, and you'll find the same dismal record..... 49ers, Seahawks, Raiders.

Ok, what in your opinion is "recent" history? Besides, I still don't think it is as bleak as you make it out to be. Going back to 2006, The Steelers have won 4 times versus 2 losses in Denver. In the same amount of time, We have 3 wins in Oakland versus no losses. Is this too recent for you also?

What are you talking about? No losses in Oakland? Were you in a coma during 2012-13? Since 2007 when Tomlin took over, Steelers are 0-2 vs. Raiders @ Oakland... with wins at Heinz Field in '10 and '15.... and a horrific loss in '09 at Heinz Field.. the Gradkowski game.

2007 @ Denver... loss vs. Cutler
    2009 @ Denver... win
2012 @ Denver... loss vs. Tebow (playoff)
2012 @ Denver... loss vs. Manning
2016 @ Denver... loss vs. Manning (playoff)

I don't think 1-4 is a very good record. Do you?

This is so inaccurate it's not even funny. You bring up 2006... Cowher's last year. Steelers lost @ Oakland 20-13. So that puts Steelers record, since 2006... at 0-3 @ Oakland.

I'll give you a hint: the year was 1995. :icon e surprised:

    December 10, 1995

    Steelers 29
    Raiders 10

The Steelers haven't won in Oakland in 23 years.

Billie Joe Hobert was Raiders QB for that game. I was referring to the Steelers QB.

No more three man rushes. Flacco sucks under pressure & will turn it over.

You west coasters have it made. Even prime time games are tolerable with a 5:30 pm start. Game is over by 9pm... plenty of time to sleep/rest before work day.

What so surprising? Most people setting up the tv schedule know we play the Rats 2x a year. Both teams have mediocre records so I would be surprised if they did make this a late game. TV favors the Cheats and Cowgirls most of the time anyway.

The Patriots and Saints games will be tough to win no doubt but I won’t go as far to say like you that it will be “impossible” to win either of those games. The Patriots aren’t as good on the road as they are in Foxboro and have gotten beat pretty badly on the road this year by both the Jags and Lions. So to say it’s “impossible to win that game is a bit ridiculous. I like the game against Carolina because it’s here on a Thursday night and Ben seems to play well in those games. The home games with both the Chargers and Bengals will be tough but both of these games as well in December are winnable games. And the 3 road games at the Jags who are a mess right now, and at Denver who isn’t very good, and at Oakland who really stinks in December won’t be easy but they are all games the Steelers should win or worst case scenario go 2-1 in those 3 games.

If the Steelers win in Baltimore this week and go to 5-2-1 and improve their division record to 3-1-1 and drop the Ravens division record to 1-3 in the and 4-5 overall the Ravens aren’t making that up and are done as far as having a legit chance to still win the AFC North. Too much would have to happen like a Steelers collapse or something unforeseen and I just don’t see that happening. Having division road wins in both Cincy and Baltimore in their back pocket will go a long long way to the Steelers winning this division.

Yeah I'm with you. Plus the Steelers play Thursday night. Would be highly unfair to make them play Sunday night with a Thursday night game especially with travel back to Pittsburgh, granted not far but still it's traveling. If the NFL did flex it I think Rooney would go Ape crazy along with Tomlin too.

Yep, I read the database backwards. Didn't seem right after I typed it, so I went back and looked. My bad! You are right, I was wrong. You are all knowing, I know nothing. You smell pretty, I smell like garbage. You are handsome, I'm ugly. If that isn't enough, I made a mistake. Amazing I can remain more optimistic than you can about the Steelers.

The Ravens chances of winning the division went down the toilet today with this loss. There is no way they will make up being 2.5 games behind the Steelers being 1-3 now in the division and the Steelers being 3-1-1 now and they are now 3 games behind the Steelers in the loss column and have played one more game then the Steelers as well. Win this week now against a tough Carolina team and improve to 6-2-1 and the Bengals lose at home next week to the Saints and fall to 5-4 you will really be sitting pretty in this division. What a huge huge statement win by the Steelers.
