AB was not asking for a trade. He was yet again stupidly responding to trolls on twitter. Immature? Sure. Something that should matter? No. What matters is that the defense plays like **** every week. Everything else is an irrelevant sideshow.

the problem was letting the chiefs put up 21 points in the first 9 minutes! We had to completely abandon the run game. The Chiefs were able to focus on Brown and we couldn’t keep their D honest.

After we tied, we should have focused on steeler football and came back with a balanced gameplan...even if the chiefs were destined to score every drive, we could control the clock, give our D a rest, and force them to adjust to what we were doing, hopefully keeping their O off the field...slow the bleeding.

on a side note, to me Brown seems to be running different routes...I could be wrong, but why aren’t we moving him around presnap? If he’s gonna get double teamed, shouldn’t we at least Do things to help dictate who double teams him. Duh

The thread heading is misleading and false. Real steel is simply doing his thing. And it's working. My 1st reply was answering someone trading him to a bad NFC team. I suggested Buffalo. I said, For now keep him in the afc. Buffalo. It will take j allen a few years to get it together and maybe they still won't have an o-line. His ratings and production will sink to zero then maybe he will come to his senses. Uh!!! If he has any left. By then he could be in a coma or severely hobbled.

I realized that was stupid after I saw the following and then reread the tweet.

    strummerfan said:
"Not sure how anyone with half a working brain can read that tweet and think Brown is asking to be traded."

Agree. He is simply resonding to what someone said. His reply simply implies that he could do his thing just about anywhere. I wouldn't argue that he couldn't.

But regardless, why would a star player be so thin skinned [some call it 'rabbit ears"] and upset over a critical comment from anyone?

He should hire that lady who answers questions from the press for President Trump to answer his critics and shoot down loaded questions.

Then as they say let your on field play do the talking.

That brings up a good point. It seems like every throw was into tight coverage. I watch the Jags and their no name receivers were wide open. Is it timing, route running, poor game plan...? I’m not convinced that Fitchner is the right guy for the job.

He really needs to become a team player. How many Superbowls did TO ever win? NONE.

He admitted he didn't know what he was doing after the Browns game. "Young coordinator".

While I might agree slightly with your premise on Rodgers he has also had some guys he couldn't turn to gold. Bennett for one, Jimmy Graham has yet to blossom and I thought that was a home run combo so much so that I drafted them 1 and 2.

I find his disappearance strange as well right when the season is set to go and we have actual stuff to talk about and he pulls a Keyser Soze.

He caught a td yesterday that was called back for a hold. It's been 2 games I dont think you can say what is what yet with graham and bennett sucked with ne as well. He isnt that good. And you're comparing tight ends to a wide receiver.

No I am saying that yes Rodgers gets the ball to guys and does it a lot but not everyone has turned into a probowler. I not giving up on my 1-2 punch just sad that Jesse James had more points on my bench than a better athlete

Yeah james played great but thats a testament to ab. Teams arent game planning to stop jesse james. They are literally leaving guys like him in single coverage and trying their hardest to shutdown ab as kc and both cle did. He was doubled almost every play.

And no **** man you dont have to be so literal. I obviously dont mean Rodgers can make a garbage man look good but he definitely have someone sof AB's claiber looking elite. He's far better overall than anyone Rodgers has ever played with.

You can see that, I can see that, and the staff could see that for a while at least why they stopped going with what was working we will never know.

Brown has a solid point and I understand why he was upset ... Ben admits it was his fault for the deep game and the Coach kept sending AB deep letting him clear out and throwing a lot of balls to JuJu.

I am sure AB wanted JuJu or someone else to run those deeper routes from time to time so he could get some of those drag routes ..I am sure he was telling the Coaches I will break some of these and help us win let me have some of those....

to be fair he did run a few across the middle and get solid gains and was close to getting longer ones had he not run into his blockers or they ran into him.

Not only have this team changed, but so has steelersnation. We have become spoiled brats, disloyal, and disrespectful. At one time, it was proclaimed, that we were the most intelligent, football knowledgeable fans in the league. I don't know who this team is, or who we fans have become.

No where did it say Brown wanted to be traded. He was responding to an idiot. Probably one of the idiots that hangs out on these message boards to stir up controversy.

Whhaaaa??? Steelers fans have always been brutal on their own players. Ask TB.

Even the great Emperor suffered the wrath of fans in the 80's.

Here's a thought sports media, every time a player posts something on Twitter, you don't need to report it.
