If AB would be a team player this upcoming season with Bryant and hopefully green back, watch out. If teams continue doubling him and Bryant/James/green keep exploding then he will get his numbers

I don't think AB is near as good if he doesn't have Ben.
But, AB didn't have much other than Bell to take pressure off him.

If you get Bryant to keep his head out of his butt and blunt, then AB will take right off. AB still had wonderful production numbers this season regardless.

He had a good game against the Dolphins, but really disappeared in the final two against the Chiefs and Pats.

Your star players have to perform on the biggest stage and that really hasn't happened when it mattered most.

But, that being said. Plaxico Burress, Santonio Holmes, and Mike Wallace where all extremely good in their own right, and the Steelers weren't afraid to move on.

everything we hear about the guy is how hard he works in the offseason and during the week in practice. he got caught up in the moment and made a couple mistakes.

i say slap him on the wrist and move on. you dont trade away a guy like him in his prime. for as deep as everyone thought the Steelers were at the wr position we saw very quickly that they werent.

I agree with both points. Brown will absolutely lose his mind without someone like Ben "tossin' the rock."
