He will start again against the Packers, right! I can't wait to see his further development.

I think the Eagles coach said something to the effect "We want men who love football, not what football brings them". That is what you want because if you take care of the first thing the second will likely follow!!

When he pulls that has to be a terrifying sight to a linebacker or DB to see someone 6'6" 315 running at them with speed.

This team could use a little swagger. I love it.

Jones is a favorite pick of mine.
I watched him through camp and into the preseason.
I am not sure why he didn't start day 1, you usually want you best 11 on the field.
I think he's going to be a real bruiser for the team for a long time.

We had a special schedule at end of first quarter. I had a Lego group going on. Second session two girls show up. I ask then why they are here and say we don’t want hostages.

I'm loving both him and Washington on the right side. Bulldogs represent on the right.

I was actually hoping Kenny went to Mt. Washington again on the would be int to dionte.

    Big target use him imo

I love the way they are pulling Jones.

First part of the year we didn't seem to want to pull anyone.

So what's the plan? Jones to LT next year and what do we do with Moore? RT? Trade? I don't want him or Chuks starting.

Very likely the Steelers elect to go RT either in Round One or Round Three. Skipped Round Two for the likes of Van Pran and/or Frazier will be going much earlier than others realize. Need a Center in the worst way possible.

However, don't count out CB in Round One. Some say FA but I wouldn't be surprised if the team elects to go that route.

As far as FA options go for RT?! Mekhi Becton and... that is pretty much it. ... Well... technically Austin Jackson from Miami but I imagine Miami extends him this Off Season as he has had a very good 4th season.

Dan Moore has one more year left on his contract, no reason he doesn't spend 2024 as the Steelers starting LT.

Save the draft capital and keep Jones at RT for another year.

I really hope they draft CB or Safety in Round 1 and trade or sign a RT.

Trade for a RT?! Wish that could be but man oh man.... very seldom does that happen. Hell, Trent Williams is the last notable one but that was due to the horrific medical malpractice of the Washington Medical Staff for misdiagnosing his potentially fatal tumor he had. Thankfully he had got it treated but such an issue should have been nipped in the bud the second such had happened. Even worse?! He is a Left Tackle!!! Right Tackle?! Have to get back to you on that one.

I do agree on acquiring another CB. Round One may be the best bet to do so for this upcoming class is a bit too top heavy for my liking. I still want Cooper DeJean but he is now officially a Top 10 talent in the upcoming class. As far as I am concerned, nabbing him will require a trade up. Nate Wiggins is a rock solid boundary Corner who has fantastic size and length to match up with any opposing WR. Most favorited though seems to come down to two choices; Kalen King and Kamren Kinchens. The former being Peezy Jr.'s teammate and the latter being the best Safety in the class; bar none. k

Be fine with either or. Still want Cooper though.

NFL Network draft analyst Daniel Jeremiah has been blown away by Broderick Jones’ play.

Steelers rookie OT Broderick Jones jumps off the screen when you look at all of their explosive runs. He is dominating. HR pick!!!” Jeremiah wrote on X.

I like watching the O line during games. Like what I’m seeing since he’s Been put in there. Chuks is a solid backup and should be staffed and paid that way. Najee n Warren sure like running in his vicinity too. Seamalu n Jones are the start. Next draft I’ll be watching too.

The question that begs to be asked is that the Steelers coaching staff had to know this right from the start. Why did it take 8 weeks to put him in the lineup?

Money. Money play a role. Didn't chuks just get a new signing not long ago???
Also...we don't know what mental mistakes He may have been making., but eventually the best OL are on the field. You don't think just something Chuks side is actually keeping Him off do You???

A bigger question that needs to be asked; are the Steelers comfortable with allowing a Rookie Right Tackle play alongside Broderick Jones as the Left Tackle in 2024?! Dan Moore has regressed this season and having him start, again, at Left Tackle, is giving me massive nightmare fuel. It is bad enough he loses against EDGE players who specialize in speed to power moves. Those issues are magnified whenever Moore goes up against top flight players; this year being the best current example... his Rookie Season bringing up the rear.

I get some people do want to use that 2024 First Round Pick elsewhere... and I understand completely. What I'd feared regarding losing Minkah for any period of time is rearing its ugly face more and more. Beyond Joey Porter Jr?!.... a lot more questions than answers. Hopefully Darius Rush gets a chance but it is difficult to say at present.

Overall, the team can go one of two routes; Draft a Right Tackle or sign one in Free Agency. Biggest prize for me would be Austin Jackson from Miami given how much of a resurgence he has had for the Dolphins. That said though, the 2024 Free Agency Class of Corners has a lot more appeasing options than it did in 2023. For me, giving Jeff Okudah a look wouldn't hurt. He also has had a resurging year as well.
