The QB thing although it is certainly the most important position has become the new MT crutch. Can’t blame him for anything because we don’t have a HOF QB. Oh wait he did though…..

 

Yep. Plus they had an opportunity to sign Mayfield or Darnold. Which are both better than what we currently have

It's not just the QB, like it was in many of the Cowher years. This team has issues with the o-line, but their young, so I am going to give that time. The team has issues at the WR position. Khan failed to get a legit #2 WR, so he still has work to do. D-line is an issue, but not just personnel, but scheme as well. The linebackers have been improved, but if they are left in zone coverage without the pass rush getting to the QB, they are exposed. And the secondary needs more talent. The defense needs a rebuild with young talent.
