I agree he is our best option on those Jet sweeps too. Washington and Dionte outside and Claypool in the slot but IDK doesn’t seem to be going in that direction

You're forgetting one very important fact. It's Monday night. Monday night magic will be in effect.

Steelers have lost on MNF several times under Tomlin and Cowher. It's not a given they win this game.

Steelers love Monday night, they hold the most wins, and have won 19 consecutive home Monday night games

The only thing that is certain is death and taxes but on Monday Nights this team shows up. It has happened before it will happen again.

Bears have scored 20 or more only 4 times and never have scored 30, we shouldn’t lose this game.

edit: Steelers have never scored 30 and have scored 20 or more 3 times. Lol

Jesus you just jinxed us like when the announcers say a kicker hasn’t missed in X amount of times.

This game will really depend on whether or not Chicago will let Fields run with the football or not.

So far this year they have kept him on a short leash contained in the pocket and not allowed him to run outside resulting in a lot of sack.

If at the end of the game Fields has more rushing yards than Najee we could be in trouble.

I start a thread every season about Monday Night Magic and it hasn't hurt a thing. Versus Cam superman Newton and the Panthers it was a coming out party for TJ Watt. Versus Fitz Magic and the vaunted Bucs offense Vanimal and the stiff arm from hell were born. It's happened before it will happen again.

Fitz Magic and Vaunted don’t belong in the same stratosphere. I mean the record speaks for itself

There were ppl on the board wetting themselves because Ryan Fitzpatrick had led the Bucs to wins in the first few weeks and they looked unstoppable. There was no way that the Steelers could match up verses them. Then Monday night and Fitz Magic disappeared and was seldom heard from again. :roflmao:

I will be SO disappointed if we stumble tonight.

NOW is the time to throttle up the offense, but not blow up like Challenger.

I want some progress by the offense at the very least.

"Some people are calling the 'Tomlin egg-lay' games".

You. You are calling them that. No one else. Never heard it on tv, never heard it on the NFL network, never heard it on sports radio. In fact, it's the first time I've read it on TSF. And there are a lot of people who think like you.
We try to explain to you, to no avail, that every team loses games. Only 1 team in NFL history has gone undefeated. Yesterday's NFL results should have proven that to you. But you just call sane people "Tomlin apologists". Why not just say 'Fake News" and roll with that?
You hate Tomlin. Get over it. He's the coach, and will be for the foreseeable future.

Steelers need to move on at HC. Cowher had a good run. Tomlin had a good run. I don't hate Tomlin, but it's time for change. Steelers are all about Super Bowl victories and that's not going to happen again with Tomlin.

I said last year when they were 11-0 but you could see the wheels falling off worst 11-0 team ever. If they beat the lions which is probably a 50/50 game and are 6-3 that statement stands for that record as well. Schedule is about to get real.

No such thing as a worst 11-0 team.
Was the Cleveland browns, or the Detroit lions the best 0-16 team ever. See that just doesn’t make sense. Don't let media brain wash You.
Was the NY Giants the worst 9-7 team 2 win the SB?
    I can do this all night...Well not really...I got 2 sleep..LoL
