Yeah who knows how bad Ben felt out there, I'm just basing it on the fact he was hinting he could have gone last week against KC.

I was at this game, honestly I'm not sure if it was Ben forcing it or the Steelers receivers not doing him any favors in this game. Other than Heath they were covered for the most part. Might have been game plan... maybe shorter crossing routes would have worked better, seems they wanted the deep ball too much in this game.

Since you were there, was there any crowd noise or roar about kicking the field goal or letting 38 seconds run off the clock right before the 2 minute warning?

People were getting anxious about the time running off. I was too, but honestly it worked out for them at the end there, they had time to drive the field. 1 or 2 more plays would have been nice, but I'm not sure exactly how many calling a TO would have bought you.

Not sure what field goal you are referring too?

I think it was mental errors after he got hit. He knows if he goes down the season is done, and I believe he wasn't playing as loosely as he should.

It was the field goal they didn't try from about 52 yards in the latter in the game. They punted instead. If he would of missed from there, Bengals only would of gained net 17 yards.

I think people were eager to see our punter pin Cincy in there. No one seemed to be really upset.

Which brings up another issue... our punter...

OK. I see a lot of people disagreeing with me on this one but before the game he said he was nervous and didn't want to let his teammates and fans down. It's not like Superbowl nerves. These to me indicate that wasn't nearly 100%. The first drive he looked great but then once a slight hit to the knee came, he was obviously in pain and became very ineffective. The screen play to Heath he had LeVeon wide open as a check down to the left but threw it right in the dirt immediately cause he was afraid of a pass rush that wouldn't have bothered him at all if 100% healthy. At that point, he was playing on one leg, afraid of contact and making very poor decisions. Once Bell got injured, it became BA ball all over again. Throwing deep into double coverage and making bad decisions. I get it. He's a competitor and I think that attributed to him coming back too soon.
