Bell Didn't Know He Could Get A DUI From Smoking Marijuana

I believe that I could go buy a pet rock and it would have more intelligence than either Bell or Blunt.

Telling a cop. "I smoked 2 hrs ago" "Why would I get high knowing that I was getting on a plane"

Then finally this classic move - One bag with 20 grams in it and 3 people claiming that it is theirs. Did they think that they would get it back or something after being released?

Theres a difference betwen being honest and honestly stupid with a cop.

This is honestly stupid. Telling a cop basically that the job you work for does not approve marijuana use but thats what you just did 2 short hours ago.

 

They weren't there to GIVE tickets! They were there to GET autographs! LOL!

 

I can see excuses for how the NFL manages to not fairly handle discipline these days. Let's not get it messed up with the fact that a cop did his job while dealing with stupid individuals. If they weren't idiots, it would've never happened regardless of the cop's personality or strong arming tactics. Hard to strong arm anyone who asks for it in a round about way. Seriously.

 

LOL. I bet when they took their mugshots they were like "ok I'm gonna need ooooone more...." and then had them sign them and Bell was like "does everyone sign their mugshots?" and the cop was like "oh yeah it's tooootally protocol!!!" LOL.

The very first thing that should have happened was them telling the girl to claim the bag. Not all three of them claiming it.....

Let's be honest, most people out there don't understand what you can get DUI's, DWI's, DWDI's, etc. for. Jimmy Smith tried to say it was his narcotic painkillers when he got pulled over as if that was an excuse.

 

I also saw a lot of comments from folks saying that he shouldnt have been driving drunk and should have called a cab or the NFL service.....so a lot of people also thought DUI meant alcohol....just sayin....

 

Very true..Myself included because there is no such thing as a DUI in Canada that involves marijuana.
