Remember all the talk before the season that if the Steelers had to play the Bills, Ravens, or Chiefs in the playoffs they would have no chance to beat them. None of them look all that great the Bills and Ravens need Allen and Lamar to put on their Superman cape to win, both of their defenses are terrible.

Somehow I'm not exactly shaking in my boots at the thought of facing Buffalo these days.

The Chiefs will get Rice back. That's going to be a big help for their offense.

Josh Allen is getting a ton of help from his run game. Once they figure out play action is their friend I think they will start stacking wins.

The Ravens defense has not been good. They have big name players playing small. Derek Henry is still a formidable weapon. They have a huge FB that also catches passes, TEs and WRs for when defenses load the box. Put Henry and Hill back there together, use either with Ricard.

The Colts have the same issue that they have most years. They have just been getting good QB play from Jones. They must stay healthy because they do not have the depth to win with if they start talking on injuries. Right now they look like the team to beat though.

The Broncos, Chargers, Jags, and Patriots have all started hot as well. They all need to establish consistency. That and keep the injury bug at bay.

I don't see any of these teams as head and shoulders better than the Steelers this year. Still a lot of season to play. Obviously things can change quickly. But sitting here today, we still control our own destiny. That's all you can really hope for in the NFL.
