Our starting 3 Wrs are under 6 ft. I'm watching a recording of the game, and I am watching Ben trying to thread it into our guys, and on the other side I see a big athletic Cooper giving Ike all he can handle. I'm not comfortable with our lack of size at wr.

Wallace, Brown, and Sanders seemed to do just fine together.

Would a big physical receiver compliment what we have? sure it would I think they are hoping Bryant turns into a player like that. I saw someone say in a thread today he will make the team and be used in the redzone. I hope they use him more than that because we have seen what happens with these guys that have only a select few plays. I remember them trotting Logan out there on fake end arounds and doing the same play three times in a game never once giving it to him by the end of that year no one ever thought he was going to get the ball and he never did. Moye last year had that one TD catch and then they only put him in during redzone tries or to throw the fade. In the one of two times he did take the field and they weren't in the red zone I don't think any DC thought he was the designed guy the play was going to because he wasn't Ben's target. So I hope they do give Bryant more than just redzone and use him just to make teams account for him. I could see him taking Cotch's role as being the forgotten guy and catching some nice TD's running across the middle from about the 30 yard line in. Then i think they get Spaeth involved, Heath and Will J spread the ball around.

I'm worried about a lack of ability/talent, not a lack of height.

Am I concerned? That might be a strong word. I will say that I do wish Brown had the size and strength of Julio Jones, but he seems to get the job done anyway. I of course do want a prototypical Julio/Calvin type receiver, but as long as we can put up points, I won't be overly concerned. We do struggle in the red zone though, and that is a concern. A big WR would help in the RZ, although it wouldn't solve all our problems.

That's why they drafted Bryant to eventually be that guy.

So far Bryant has shown himself to be excellent at getting flags thrown. It remains to be seen if he can actually catch the ball...

I'm not so worried about the height issue. Receivers like Wheaton need to improve their blocking, but I rank that above height. Ben has talked a lot about it, but we've seen him throwing to the big guys and it's not a noticeable difference in how well we connects with them.

They would kill to have Antonio Brown. I'm not sure they'd bother pushing an old lady to the ground for Wheaton.

Speaking of sanders...he's looking really good over there in Denver. Now, getting back to matter at hand, we have plenty of high behind them

He had a big game this past week. I believe he had 0 catches for the preseason before that. In other words, it was his turn to be fed.

Yes and No. Yes I'd like to have a tall WR, but we also have Heath on the field so I'd count him as our stud tall WR for now. I'm more concerned about the lack of experience than height.

Yeah, Sanders hasn't been setting the world on fire by any stretch of the imagination and in fact, Peyton recently said, we need to get him going. That doesn't sound like he was doing very well to me.
