I live in Cincinnati and went out to get my morning paper at the store and you'd swear they won the Superbowl last night. The local fans even told me that it remonds them when they played back in 1990 and got over the hump with a regular season win and he remembered that it was like they won the Superbowl back then. He mentioned the SB twice for some reason.?.?.? They all know I'm a Steelers fan so the rubbing was pretty hard this morning from several people at the market. Been getting chuckle ever since.

So I will share with you guys what I told them and see if I missed anything.

I wasn't impressed. Yea the secondary was outstanding last night but Peyton gets easily rattled if you hit him and especially out in bad weather conditions. Pacman Jones is a stud and will have to be accounted for on ST's mainly. Tate with the punt returns is also a concern so the Steelers will need to cover well or just not kick it to them. Especially Pacman.

Denvers Run D stinks apparently and I'd be surprised if they run that well on the Steelers.

Andy Dalton is completely hit or miss so the Steelers only really have to force him into passing situations and playing from behind. Take away the run game and the screens by playing sideline to sideline. No way is he going deep consistently. Keep him in check with the fake handoff and run that he likes.

Ike Taylor and Troy Polamalu are done and shouldn't see another game this season unless it's in a relief emergency injury to another player situation.

Stack the wide receivers at the line running medium to deep patterns, get the ball to Heath, run straight at them with LeVeon and have the Oline watch the CB and inside Blitzes. Ben gets the ball out early and we come away with a win.

Am I wrong? I'm just not worried about the Bungles.

They will be coming in gnashing their teeth but I really believe we send them back hime with a wimper.

When you lose to the Jets, Saints, Tampa Bay and have a scare against the Jags and Titans, I'm always worried.

That's true but this is a Big Game on a Big Stage and the Steelers usually rise to that occasion.

The Bengals are undisciplined and poorly coached. Both characteristics of this team are trademarks of this sorry franchise's history. Dalton is a mediocre, average, Qb- Jay Cutler with a better supporting cast.

They have however played very well on defense the past two weeks, especially after being shredded at home by the Steelers 3 weeks ago. They have 2 excellent RB's and one of the most dangerous WR (when healthy) in the game.

I also wonder if they will have a little letdown this week after an emotional, roller coaster win on Monday night. After all, the booby prize for losing on Sunday night is a wild card game vs. Indy that is eminently winnable.

I'm no more worried about them than I was before the Broncos game. The donkeys played like jackasses last night. Credit to the Bengals D, but they were mistake ridden also. Like JimmyA said, their lack of discipline shows.

My biggest concern continues to be on the defensive side of things, where we continue to show the propensity to give up big plays. For the year we have given up at least 50 passing plays of 20 or more yards with 15 of them going for 40 or more. Against the Chiefs (who are vertically challenged this year), we nearly gave up another 40 plus yard pass for a touchdown. Versus the run, we have given up 10 plays of 20 or more yards and 1 for 40 or more.

With players like A.J. Green, Jeremy Hill, and Giovani (sp?) Bernard, I definitely have concerns playing the Bengals.

That being said, I think we should win.

I'm not too worried since the Steelers are assured the 5th seed if they lose. I am almost a little more worried if the Steelers win and then have to play Cincinnati in the playoffs. It's one thing to beat a division rival twice in a single season, but three times could be really tough. I'm not saying I want the Steelers to lose Sunday night, just a slight concern.

Not worried, they just won the SB Monday night, they'll have a big let down for Pitts.

I worry about almost every game. That's not all bad. When I don't worry, we lose.

If you can keep the Bengals from running the ball, they can be beaten more easily. Denver couldn't stop them at all, and still should've won the game. That's with all the turnovers and Andy Dalton not completely sucking too. To me, you gotta make them one dimensional and force Dalton to beat you. If we can manage to do that we should handle them pretty easily.

Personally, I think the Bengals are going to mail in this game. They already made the playoffs. Their coach, QB, and their players have never won a playoff game as a member of the Bengals. They have no, I repeat, no homefield advantage. So, if they go half hearted at this game (BTW, Denver will have already beaten the Raiders), they can keep their focus on winning a playoff game. They should be preparing for Colts right now, because the last time they played them it didn't go well. Having a playoff game in Cincy, only lets the fans boo when you lose. Play away from Cincy, and somehow, there is less pressure. That is what they want and need. Steelers by 3 scores.

If we beat the Bungles, they become 5th seed and we become 3rd seed. They play Indy (4th seed) and we get whoever is 6th seed.

So if you don`t want to see the Bungles again, root for us to win Sunday night.

Yep... I'd love to see Rivers&co travel east to play us. I'm thinking they can handle the Chiefs. But let me not count those eggs just yet:smashbungles:

Ok, who hijacked Real Steels account?

    This.

Plus Cincy should give the game ball to mother nature, Peyton looked like he never played in the rain before.

The Red Rifle just can't get it done in the clutch.
Lots of talent in Cincy, I think we beat them this week.
